ICR Romanian Cultural Institute London

The Romanian Medical Society, in partnership with the Embassy of Romania and with the support of the Romanian Cultural Institute London organize the opening of a painting and photography exhibition from the Romanian doctors in Great Britain.

The exhibition will include creations of talented doctors’ group, who develop their activity in the British Medical System: Dr Vlad Schlezak, vice-president for art and culture in RMS-UK, geriatrician, Dr Daniel Stanciu, specialist in emergency medicine, Dr Elena Ghetau, psychiatrist, Dr Gabriela Badea, specialist in internal medicine. The creations of Ion Paciu, artistic photographer, a special guest of RMS-UK, will be exhibited as well.

On this occasion, HE Dr Ion Jinga the Ambassador of Romania in London, will welcome the participants, Dr Radu Burtan, RMS-UK president, will talk about a new branch of RMS-UK – the Department for Art and Culture, and Dr. Vlad Schlezak will make a short presentation of the objectives and projects made by the Artistic Department of the RMS-UK.

The exhibition is open to the public between October 31st and November 6th 2009, at 1 Belgrave Square, SW1X 8PH.
