ICR london newsletter

We are happy to see that lots of ‘things Romanian’ happen on the London/UK arts scene. We are alerting you to the ones which are organized by us, ICR - the Romanian Cultural Institute - ‘single-handedly’ or in partnership.

Your feedback is always welcome at office@icr-london.co.uk

Today's message:

This is the first issue of the Romanian Cultural Institute London newsletter. We plan to send it out to you twice a month. We expect to learn from you if this turns out to be too often and will adjust accordingly J

We are at an experimental stage. We have no name for the newsletter yet - and the design itself is still a bit sketchy… but we count on you to bear with us as we are setting ourselves up in the UK arts & culture environment.

What's on:

  • 13 November-6 December: Gas Pipes, Ioana Marinescu's photographic exhibition at the AA / Architectural Association School of Architecture. Free entry.

  • 16 November: Petr Nikl’s Soul-etude installation with ICR-sponsored music composed by Alexander Balanescu and performed by Balanescu Quartet at FEEAST.

  • 18 November: Don Quijote Made in Romania, Dan Puric's theatre-dance performance at the Cadogan Hall, 8 pm. Call us for your complimentary tickets.

  • 21-22 November: The Mona Lisas, London premiere of British-Romanian theatre partnership production, at FEEAST.

  • 24, 25 November: The Island, Ada Milea & Alexander Balanescu’s music performance at the Romanian Cultural Institute. Free entry by reservation.

... and finally, 27 November, our party! Let us know if you would like to join us J
