Funding opportunities

ICR offers a number of funding opportunities for cultural projects or research.

You can apply at the Institute's headquarters in Bucharest - for the following:

• Cantemir Programme, with 3 sections supporting a wide range of cultural project types initiated by Romanian artists, associations, foundations and cultural institutions
• TPS – Translation and Publication Support Programme, for joint funding of translation and publication of Romanian literature
• Scholarships and residencies

The Ministry of Culture and Religious Affairs offers PROMOCULT - The Programme for Promoting Romanian Contemporay Art in the European Union.
