The first Cultural Diplomacy residency starts in London
Our Cultural Diplomacy Residency programmes kicks off in September with the arrival of the fist recipient: Claudia Cirlig.
The main objectives of this innovative programme of training and coaching in cultural management are:
- To develop skills and abilities that are crucial for the cultural projects management and in cultural diplomacy.
- To acquaint with the standards and practices that characterize one of the most sophisticated and competitive cultural markets in the world.
- To initiate the procedures and working practices adopted in cultural diplomacy actions of the Romanian Cultural Institute.
Claudia Cirlig completed an MA in European Cultural Policies and Management at University of Warwick, Centre for Cultural Policy Studies. In 2010 she became International Cultural Fellow at the Kennedy Centre in Washington DC, one of the most important cultural centres in the United States.
