Romanian shorts are back at the Encounters Film Festival in Bristol, Britain's most effervescent celebration of the increasingly popular genre. Synopsis: A Roma underage girl, who has just had a baby, needs a signature from her own mum, whom she has not seen since she was a child. The doctor discovers problems with her parents’ IDs and there’s an imminent risk of separating them.

Synopsis: The Kruchowsky family, owners of a funeral home, become suspicious when an old man orders twelve funerary wreaths with sympathy messages for relatives and friends.
